Home Health is a combination of medical services delivered in the comfort of your home under the supervision of your physician.
In order to receive home health care:

You must be homebound.
This means you must experience taxing effort to leave your home. Absences from the home should be for short periods and infrequent.

The care you require must be skilled in nature.
This means the care you receive can be delivered by skilled medical professionals.

The care you must require must be intermittent.
This means the care you receive must be more than one visit and a reasonable level of rehabilitation can be expected with treatment.
Your doctor, family and friends, can refer you to home health care with Desert View Home Health. Insurance companies, nursing homes, hospitals and rehab units may also refer you. You can even refer yourself!
Insurance coverage differs from patient to patient. Our home health care team will review and explain your coverage and will bill your insurance directly. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance or Private Pay.
